Jute Sacking bags are mainly used as packaging of various agri-commodities such as coffee bean, cocoa bean, rice, wheat, cereals, sugar, pepper, shelled nuts and other bulky grain products. Woven wholly from jute, sacking bags are heavier in weight. Generally these bags have a packing capacity of a weight range from 50 kg to 100 kg, based on their sizes, weaving, and stitching. Sacking bags have many advantages over the synthetic bags, e.g. bio-degradable, breathable, reusability are among others. These bags are ideal for use with hooks, having a stacking capability which exceeds synthetic packages by far. Due to these being highly affordable, these are widely used in transportation and storage of grain.
The standard binola jute bag, distinguishable by its infamous three blue-stripe pattern, is one of the highly sought-after and widely-used bags. These binola jute bags are most commonly used for African main crops such as Coffee beans, Cocoa beans, Cashew Nuts, Sesame, gum arabic, sorghum, so on.
There are numerous different options available, especially in relation to our Binola Jute Bag. Binola twill bags, B-twill bags, L-twill jute bags, and A-twill jute bags are a few types of twill sacking bags. Examples of DW Bags or Double Warp bags are Light Cees Bag, Heavy Cees Bag, DW Hop Bag, DW Nitrate Bag, DW Flour Bag, and DW Salt Bag, among others.

Hessian Jute Fabric
At Monami, we pride ourselves on our specialized manufacturing unit, which is dedicated to crafting the highest quality hessian at the most cost-effective prices available.
Hessian is a finer quality plain weave fabric with a single warp and weft interlaced that is composed entirely of jute fiber. Because it is of higher quality, this fabric weighs less than sacking cloth.
Hessian is used to make bags to ship goods like coffee beans and other agro-commodities. The woven nature of the fabric allows the contents to breathe and is therefore ideal for products that are moisture-sensitive.
Hessian is often used for the transportation of unprocessed “green” tobacco. This material is used for much the same reasons as it would be used for coffee. Hessian sacks in the tobacco industry hold up to 200 kg (440lb) of tobacco, and due to hessian’s toughness, a hessian sack can have a useful life of up to 3 years.
